Order Duration

 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery of an order may vary depending on the volume of order and the courier delivery time. Most of the time, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

Our Company hand-crafted all our products which may cause a few days to delay due to the high volume of orders. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We do everything we can to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. But due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order, the product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture.

Products Handling

Keep all skincare and aromatherapy in a cool place without direct sunlight, the hot temperature may cause damage to your products. Store your bath soak and shower steamer in an air-tight container until you're ready to use them.

Shipping

We deliver your order at the shipping address you provided us, ZenTyme Moments is not liable for any lost products due to incorrect and inaccurate details you gave us. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information that you provide to us.
